Job summary

JOYOUS VENTURES LLC in North Hollywood is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. The LVN will provide direct nursing care, monitor residents' health conditions, and ensure compliance with medical protocols in our housing program.

The LVN will advocate for participants' rights, provide health education, and coordinate care with PCPs and pharmacy for individuals with complex medical needs. This is a full-time AM shift 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure required.
• Experience providing direct nursing care to residents in housing programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal benefits and healthcare navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Administer medications and coordinate care for residents with complex medical needs.
• Maintain medication logs and coordinate with pharmacy to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide health education and advocate for participants' rights.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and participate in weekly team meetings.
