Doctor's Choice Home Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator LVN to review, analyze, and finalize lab results and orders in processing center folders. You will support field staff, patients, caregivers, and medical providers promptly and professionally.

Requirements include an active nursing license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and home care experience. Travel and on-call duties may be required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Competenze

• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Nursing experience with emphasis in home care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, accreditation criteria and standards.
• Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems and resolve them effectively.
• Positive customer service approach.
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• On-call at least monthly or as needed; travel may be required.
