Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Vocational Nursing.
• Minimum one year of LVN experience.
• Knowledge of California LVN scope of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admissions and transfers from multiple portals.
• Prioritize bed utilization based on clinical assessment and needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Monitor EMTALA compliance and support discharge planning.
• Communicate changes in patient status to relevant teams.
