Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse for the Las Alturas Nursing & Transitional Care facility, working the 10:00pm–6:00am shift. You’ll guide care teams, support residents mind, body, and spirit, and build trusting relationships with families who entrust their loved ones to us.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact State.
