As a Charge Nurse at Belmont Village, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, help ensure regulatory compliance and assist with quality monitoring. You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up. You will lead and provide direction to Caregivers and Medication Technicians where applicable. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy.
