Texas Health Resources in Bedford, TX, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the Cardiovascular Services Clinic. This full-time position supports a fast-paced multi-provider clinic with 50% travel to surrounding clinics in Arlington and Alliance.

Typical hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with mileage reimbursement provided. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, collecting patient data, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
• Accredited School of Practical Nursing program completed.
• 1 year LVN experience preferred.
• Cardiology/Medical Clinic/EPIC experience preferred.
• Completion of THPG Clinical Training within 90 days of entry (required).
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred or obtained.
• Additional specialty certifications as applicable (required).
• Knowledge of basic nursing processes and healthcare tech; familiarity with nursing practice guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care to patients using the LVN process.
• Perform basic nursing care per established standards and procedures.
• Collect patient data and monitor responses to treatment.
• Prepare and administer injections; perform routine tests and wound care.
• Maintain patient records in medical forms/EMR and documentation practices.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor progress.
• Contribute to patient care planning and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate health status and maintenance guidance to patients and families.
