Qualifications
- Must possess a nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Must hold a current, active LPN/LVN license in California.
- Minimum 1 year of psych and/or locked facility experience.
Responsabilités
- Provide direct nursing care for behavioral residents in the STP Unit.
- Supervise and assist daily nursing activities of Mental Health Specialists.
- Coordinate with resident services to maintain the care plan.
- Assist in discharge planning and documentation as required.
- Complete required forms, reports, and charting accurately.
