TEEMA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 6-month contract in Texas. The role offers 40 hours per week with a rotating schedule and on-unit mentorship to support performance and compliance.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, education, and meticulous documentation. On-unit mentorship will help new LVNs adapt quickly to facility SOPs and team workflows.
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in a structured healthcare environment. This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering 40 hours per week, a rotating schedule, and comprehensive on-unit mentorship.
40 hours per week
6-month commitment
Shifts will alternate based on facility staffing needs
Every other weekend off
Candidates may start on any weekday, Monday through Friday
New LVNs will receive a minimum of 2-3 weeks of on-unit mentorship with an experienced LVN
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards of practice.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Provide patients with appropriate medication education.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Perform computer-based data entry and maintain required patient records. Full training will be provided.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, effective, and consistent patient care.
