AVIR Health Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time on-site role in Weatherford, TX. New grads and walk-ins are welcome, with PM shifts available and strong support from the corporate structure.

You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities in your assigned unit, contributing to compassionate, dignified care and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices for long-term care.
• IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines for long-term care.
