San Angelo, TX-based cTrace Solutions, Inc. seeks a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality nursing care across medical offices, assisted living facilities, and IDD centers. You will work with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Competitive pay: $40/hour, DOE, plus a $200 sign-on bonus, with weekly pay and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) option. Shifts are 4 PM–12 AM, five days a week, with every 3rd weekend off.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an LVN in Texas or reciprocity via compact.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrated computer & EHR skills preferred.
• Experience with IDD and psych settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per order; documents observations.
• Communicates key information to team members and documents per policy.
• Responds to emergencies and follows Infection Control procedures.
• Monitors patient responses to treatments and procedures.
• Collects specimens for lab tests as requested; conducts screening.
• Provides patient education aligned to health goals.
• Assists staff with turning/repositioning to administer treatments.
• Ensures supplies are stocked and available.
• Manages patient medical records in EHR or paper chart.

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) centers. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Pay and perks:

$40 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Available Shifts:

4 PM-12 AM x 5 days a week with every 3rd weekend off.

Note: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection. Performs technical Nursing procedures according to facility and state regulations after demonstration for competency 3. Documents and reports pertinent observations.
  
• Communicates orally and in writing to other team members’ pertinent information. Documents according to facility policy.
  
• Responds to emergency situations to ensure safety of individuals. Follows safety and Infection Control Procedures of facility.
  
• Monitors individuals for treatments and procedures.
  
• Collects specimens for laboratory examination and conducts appropriate screening tests (after competency is documented) when requested by lab personnel.
  
• Provides education to individuals with specific health goals.
  
• LVN II assists other staff in turning/repositioning individuals to administer treatments.
  
• Ensures that supplies are available.
  
• Manages individual’s medical record in Electronic Health Record or paper chart.
  

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a licensed vocation nurse in the state of Texas (or a state that recognizes reciprocity through the Nurse Licensure Compact).
  
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  
• Demonstrated computer & electronic health record skills preferred.
  
• Experience with IDD and psych preferred.
