Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at our Arundel Mills mall location in Hanover, Maryland. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport with customers, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals under the Store Manager's guidance.

You should have strong selling skills, experience in luxury or fashion retail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A flexible schedule helps ensure store objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Develop deep knowledge of Movado Group merchandise.
• Merchandise product according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment; ensure accurate pricing and display.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures per corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as required.
