Job summary

Saks OFF 5th, part of Exemplar Luxury Group, seeks a Visual Merchandising Lead to maintain attractive store presentation aligned with seasonal themes. You will update signage, window displays, and perimeter graphics to create a visually engaging shopping experience that drives traffic and sales.

Responsibilities include executing visual directives, coordinating with management on campaigns, mentoring staff on presentation standards, and ensuring displays reflect brand guidelines while adapting

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail visual merchandising or similar.
• Understanding of product placement, color theory, and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Presentation: Ensure all in-store displays and product arrangements adhere to corporate visual and merchandising standards.
• Visual Direction: Follow and implement corporate visual directives to create an appealing store environment, focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
• Signage Management: Regularly check and update all in-store signage, promotional displays, and window/perimeter signage.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, guide store associates on visual presentation best practices, and provide feedback to ensure high standards.
• Collaboration with Management: Work with Store Director and ASDs to discuss and implement visual changes based on sales and seasonal needs.
• Inventory Awareness: Assist with product inventory and stock organization to support sales targets.
• Customer Experience: Ensure displays contribute to a welcoming, organized shopping environment.
