Qualifications

• 7+ years of visual merchandising experience.
• Luxury visual merchandising across retail, DTC, wholesale and specialty environments.
• Proven ability to partner with store leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience planning large-scale visual installations and events.
• Experience creating and delivering visual communication tools and training materials.

Responsabilités

• Execute interior visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure product presentation and store environments meet standards.
• Partner with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to support execution.
• Develop store layouts optimizing product placement and storytelling.
• Analyze selling trends to adjust merchandising for sales opportunities.
• Train and mentor store associates on standards and practices.
• Create store-specific planograms and provide creative solutions.
• Lead visual installations, store resets, launches and showroom presentations.
• Support stores, showroom events, and off-site projects.
• Coordinate specialty retail initiatives ensuring brand consistency across channels.
• Manage travel schedules and project timelines for seasonal rollouts.
• Maintain visual merchandising tools, props, fixtures and showroom areas.
• Provide visual recaps and feedback to support continuous improvement.
