Exemplar Luxury Group (Neiman Marcus) in Houston seeks a Visual Merchandising team member to drive floor readiness and execute promotional setups. You will work with the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team to maintain compelling selling environments across the store.

Minimum two years of visual team experience, carpentry and painting skills, and proficiency with MS Office are required; you will support trunk shows, merchandise replenishment, and seasonal presentations.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum visual team experience in a major department store.
• Ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently.
• Experience with painting techniques.
• Experience with basic production and knowledge of materials.
• Experience in styling and fashion pulls.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion and art trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate initiative and urgency in 'selling floor readiness' before store opening.
• Follow directives from the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team.
• Execute promotional and sale set-up including presentation, lettering, and signage; assist trunk shows and personal appearance set-ups.
• Assist in replenishing merchandise on the selling floor and in wall units.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
