Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of valet experience required, luxury residential or hotel experience preferred.
• Must know how to drive manual transmission.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.

• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and withstand Texas heat.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open doors, assist with belongings, and maintain a strong first and last impression.
• Manage traffic flow in the drive and maintain an organized valet operation.
• Issue claim tickets and follow proper vehicle tracking procedures.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and return.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet stand and drive area.
• Report any incidents, damages, or guest concerns immediately.
• Uphold all service standards and property expectations.
