Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of valet experience required.
• Must know how to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly and professionally
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with efficiency and care
• Manage traffic flow and vehicle staging during peak times
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and property standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and property staff
• Accurately manage keys, tickets, and logs
• Uphold presentation and service standards at all times
