The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Luxury Transportation Specialist to provide premium shuttle service at Napleton's Mid Rivers Maserati.

This role supports clients with premium transportation needs and vehicle drop-offs, contributing to a high-end customer experience at the dealership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous shuttling/porter experience preferred.
• Luxury automotive industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background check as per local laws/regulations.
• Professional appearance and demeanor essential.
• Must be 18+ years old to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with picking up and dropping off clients.
• Assist with picking up and dropping off clients' vehicles.
• Support porters, detailers, and advisors in the service center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Located at Napleton's Mid Rivers Maserati, the Luxury Transportation Specialist is responsible for providing top-tier service to our clients by providing luxury shuttle service to and from the dealership.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with picking up and dropping off clients.
• Responsible for picking up and dropping off clients' vehicles.
• Assisting porters, detailers, and advisors in the service center.
• Other duties as assigned.
