Job summary

Luxury of Time at Disney Springs seeks motivated, professional individuals to join a growing luxury retail team in a premier destination. The role focuses on delivering world-class shopping experiences, selling timepieces and jewelry, and maintaining boutique presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably luxury goods, and are polished professionals with strong communication and a high-energy customer service ethos. Weekend/holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with a world class shopping experience through product knowledge and sales.
• Assist with merchandising and boutique cleanliness.
• Support Boutique Managers in meeting financial goals.
• Open/qualify/close procedures; ensure store security.
• Oversee showcase inventory.
