Neiman Marcus in San Francisco is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. You will be their trusted fashion confidante, speaking about trends with authority and reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will leverage omnichannel tools, wardrobing, and technology to drive personal sales, conversions, and productivity while delivering a memorable luxury experience for every client.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fashion retail and commission-based sales is preferred.
• Strong styling knowledge and ability to discuss trends with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mindset in-store and digitally.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales.
• Adapt presentation for remote vs. in-person clients using omni-channel tools.
• Utilize digital store technology and inventory to complete sales and wardrobing.

• Develop a personal business strategy to increase productivity and outreach.
• Engage clients via social media to guide traffic and sales.
