Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Store Manager in San Diego to drive sales performance, lead the team, and act as a brand ambassador for VIP clients. You will manage merchandising and inventory, coach staff, and own full P&L responsibilities to achieve sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a relentless focus on delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with POS and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through analysis, action plans and sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business and engage clients.
• Work with merchandising to ensure stock and assortment levels.
• Be present on the sales floor to coach staff and cultivate private appointments.
• Lead customer service quality and mentor the team to meet service standards.
• Manage scheduling, reporting, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility, controlling costs and meeting sales plans.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
