Qualifications

Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License in good standing.
Certification from an accredited Massage Therapy program.
Minimum prior professional massage therapy experience.

Responsibilities

Provide professional massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage and Reflexology.
Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy in accordance with spa protocols.
Customize each service based on guest needs, preferences, and contraindications.
Deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience aligned with The Sanderling brand.
Maintain a calm, attentive, and professional demeanor at all times.
Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend appropriate services and retail products.
Maintain strong knowledge of all back-bar products and explain ingredients and effects.
Recommend retail products based on guest needs and services received.
