Job summary

Pendry Park City, part of Montage International, is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to deliver Swedish and deep tissue services in our luxury spa. This part-time position emphasizes exceptional guest care and a customized approach to wellness.

You will contribute to a culture of hospitality, assist with retail sales, maintain spa cleanliness, and collaborate with a professional team to ensure guest satisfaction while upholding the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Continuing Education as required to maintain massage license/certification.
• Insurance coverage as required to maintain massage license/certification.
• Exceptional skill in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the products provided.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and maintain spa cleanliness and backbar expenses.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and assist with guest requests during visits.
• Participate in promotions within and outside the spa and uphold hospitality standards.
