Job summary

The Madison Club seeks a Spa Coordinator to be the first contact for Members and Guests, delivering a warm, five-star spa experience and supporting daily spa operations. You will coordinate appointments, manage provider schedules, maintain reception and retail areas, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment with excellent service and discretion.

Open during winter and spring as a full-time seasonal role, with a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, spa, hotel, or front desk is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to members and guests at every interaction.
• Coordinate daily spa appointments and manage therapist schedules.
• Open/close the spa and ensure smooth operations through opening to closing.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and text; process payments and receipts.
• Maintain spa boutique, inventory, and merchandising to luxury standards.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and club departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
