Job summary

Moda Operandi seeks an Associate, Social Media to manage day-to-day publishing, community engagement and original content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging channels.

Reporting to the Manager, Social Strategy & Influencer Partnerships, you will execute the content calendar, write captions in Moda's voice, coordinate assets, and support platform maintenance in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. Hybrid role in Brooklyn, NY with one day weekly in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4+ years of experience creating social-first content for luxury fashion, beauty, media or lifestyle brands.
• Strong photography, videography and mobile-first content creation skills.
• Advanced editing skills for short-form social video (Reels, TikTok) with CapCut or Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day publishing across Moda Operandi's social channels (posts, Stories, platform formats).
• Manage daily execution of the social content calendar under the Manager's direction.
• Write and format captions in Moda's brand voice and ensure links/tags are accurate.
• Coordinate assets for publishing and maintain organized content libraries.
• Track community engagement and surface insights to inform strategy.
• Support platform maintenance and other admin needs related to day-to-day social operations.
