Lexus of Nashville is seeking a Full-Time Sales Receptionist to be the welcoming voice of our showroom. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with pay starting at $17/hour and increasing to $18/hour after 90 days. Weekly pay, health and dental insurance, and paid Lexus training are provided.

Join us to help guide guests and connect them with the right sales team in a luxury setting. Greet visitors, route calls, assist staff, and keep the lounge area inviting.

Competenze

• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced showroom.
• Experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Notify sales staff of arrivals and connect customers with the right salesperson.
• Answer and route calls, or take detailed messages as needed.
• Maintain and manage key inventory for the sales team.
• Prepare light refreshments and keep the café and lounge welcoming.
• Communicate with customers and teammates in a courteous manner.
• Follow receptionist procedures and support dealership staff.
