Vivrelle invites a friendly, detail-oriented Showroom Associate to support our luxury member experience. You will greet members, assist with showroom upkeep, and handle orders and returns in a premium environment.

Based in New York, this in-office role runs 9:30am–6pm EST, five days a week, with opportunities to build product knowledge and deliver exceptional service to fashion-minded members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (luxury or fashion experience a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interest in designer handbags or luxury fashion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members during showroom appointments, providing a premium in-person experience.
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness to create a luxury environment.
• Prepare beverages and amenities for members to ensure a comfortable visit.
• Process member orders, swaps, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Support product cleaning and basic quality control checks.
• Coordinate with showroom and operations teams to maintain daily workflow.
