Job summary

Infiniti of Tacoma is seeking a Service Lot Attendant/Porter to join our busy Service Department. No automotive experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training along with opportunities to grow into future careers as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician, or other service department roles.

We offer an $18-$20 hourly rate, a consistent full-time schedule, ongoing development, and clear paths to advancement within the service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely park, move and organize customer vehicles throughout the service drive and dealership.
• Support service advisors and technicians with workflow efficiency.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare Infiniti vehicles for customer delivery.
• Assist with shuttle driving and customer transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy dealership environment.
