Job summary

Clearwater Living Beaverton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for interior and exterior spaces, following guidelines and supervision of the Maintenance Director. The role covers a wide range of upkeep tasks in a luxury senior living community.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience and HVAC/electrical skills; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Schedule: Sun–Thu 9:00am–5:00pm; Clearwater Living offers excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3–5 years maintenance/repair experience
• HVAC certification or technical training is a plus
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements, including TB

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and upkeep interior and exterior of community facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems
• Paint, landscaping, and general upkeep of grounds and buildings
• Repair and maintain pools/spas and equipment
• Prepare vacant apartments (painting, caulking, flooring) and ensure safety
