Grand Living is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant in Cedar Rapids, IA to enhance the resident experience by keeping all areas neat, clean and welcoming. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards for residents and guests.

The Attendant will assist with housekeeping in common areas and resident apartments, working under the guidance of the Director of Environmental Services to ensure consistent, professional cleanliness and a positive first impression for all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to Residents and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, orderly, welcoming common areas and resident apartments.
• model friendly, courteous, timely and professional service.
• Follow community standards and procedures for cleaning and upkeep.
• Work under supervision of the Director of Environmental Services.
