Job summary

Novelle is seeking a Senior Living Housekeeper to support residents in our welcoming community. The role emphasizes cleanliness, dignity, and attentive customer service, ensuring a comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning apartments and common areas, coordinating supply needs with other departments, and maintaining a high level of guest service. We offer growth opportunities and a stable, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

• Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
• Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.
• Reports needed supplies to appropriate designee and coordinating housekeeping services with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
