Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents in a luxury senior living community in Mount Sinai, NY. You will clean resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and office spaces with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.

Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Sun–Thurs) from 8a-4p and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, families, guests and staff.
• Ability to perform cleaning thoroughly and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in healthcare, hotel, restaurant or similar settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices and surrounding areas per standards.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable and sanitary environment for residents.
• Support the Director of Housekeeping and assist with tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate hospitality with a positive attitude in all resident interactions.
