Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, both in-store and digitally. You will be a trusted style confidante and leverage technology to reach and serve clients.

The role is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager, with weekend availability required and opportunities for growth within a premier luxury retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
• Commission-based sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends (Fri–Sun) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary client service in-store and via digital channels.
• Demonstrate styling expertise and brand knowledge to drive sales.
• Engage with clients remotely and in person using selling tools.
• Achieve personal sales and client conversion goals.
• Manage wardrobing and outreach to grow business.
• Collaborate to maintain a positive work environment.
