Qualifications

- Ability to coach, train, and mentor sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Achieve store and individual sales goals and set personal objectives.
- Promote in-home design programs and premium sales experiences.
- Coach and support sales teams to improve techniques and performance.
- Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service and loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets.
- Uphold brand standards in store presentation and customer interactions.
- Support marketing initiatives and event promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth operations.
