Job summary

Aroma360 in Durham, NC is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant to deliver a world-class, relationship-driven client experience in our premium showroom.

You will guide personalized scent consultations, nurture warm leads by phone, text and email, and close sales while building lasting client relationships. Representing a premium luxury brand, you’ll thrive on uncapped earning potential and ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and maintaining ongoing follow-up.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell a product—you'll build relationships, create unforgettable customer experiences, and help clients discover the perfect scent for their space.

Working from one of our luxury showrooms, you'll guide customers through personalized consultations, follow up with warm leads, and become a trusted advisor from the first conversation through the final sale.

• Welcome clients into our luxury showroom and deliver a world-class experience.
• Conduct personalized scent consultations based on each client's lifestyle, space, and goals.
