The Connor Group is seeking driven professionals to join our elite Sales Associate team from retail, restaurant, and hospitality backgrounds. As the face of our business, you will meet leads, conduct tours, and convert interest into leases while building lasting resident relationships.

No leasing experience or licenses are required. You’ll work in a fast-paced, performance‑driven environment with clear paths for growth and recognition, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.

Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a direct role in driving property revenue and resident satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you’ll create impactful first impressions, build genuine relationships, and turn an initial lease into a long-term resident experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, people-oriented, and motivated by performance, growth, and recognition.
