Alto is hiring Rideshare Drivers in San Francisco, CA. As a W-2 employee, you’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV on Uber trips, supported by a robust benefits package.

Earn hourly pay with bonuses and keep 100% of tips, with weekly pay options and a $1,000 performance bonus after 25 shifts. Qualifications include being 25+, valid CA license with 1+ year US driving, passing background/drug checks, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on Uber app.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• CA Driver's License with at least 1 year of driving in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips and employee benefits.
• Flexible schedule with shifts and up to 40 hours/week.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit or On-Demand Pay option.
