• Degree level - preferably in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics, or Business Admin.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• 10+ years in Revenue Management, 4+ years as Senior RM in luxury hotels.
• Strong analytical, pricing, and channel management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and segments.
• Build 2-year property revenue strategy and budget proposal; forecast by segment.
• Manage distribution channels to optimize mix and rate integrity.
• Lead RM team and present data-driven recommendations to GM and owners.
• Monitor RMS, data integrity across PMS/RMS/CRS and adjust forecasts.
