SMCP USA INC. is seeking a customer-focused associate for Sandro and Maje shop-in-shops in California. You will engage customers, assist with styling, and help create memorable Parisian-inspired experiences within department-store environments.

The role emphasizes strong service, product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with shoppers while representing the Sandro and Maje brands across events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior service experience.
• Love for Customer Service.
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills.
• Passion for Fashion.
• Social Media Savvy.
• Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in-store at Sandro/Maje shop-in-shops inside Bloomingdale’s or Saks.
• Support fitting rooms, Wardrobing and styling clients from head to toe.
• Educate customers on exclusive collections and cross-sell Sandro and Maje.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive culture and great customer experience.
