Job summary

Longchamp in Houston is seeking an experienced store manager to drive profitability and cultivate a high-energy, luxury service culture. You will lead staffing, training, merchandising, and daily operations to exceed sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in high-end retail with proven leadership, P&L responsibility, and strong communication. You will coordinate with logistics and global teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Retail or Fashion preferred.
• Five+ years of high-end retail, boutique or sales experience.
• At least two years of retail management including P&L, supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory, and shrink control.
• Understand inventory, customer sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with Cegid for sales, returns, CRM, run reports and cash handling.
• Proficient with UPS System and shipping processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and development through effective communication and staff development.
• Hire, train, and manage employees; plan, assign, and direct work; review performance.
• Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and HR coordination with HR team.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor completion, and ensure merchandising standards.
• Maintain visual presentation, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
• Train associates and monitor training programs to ensure service excellence.
• Manage floor moves, displays, and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures; open/close the store as needed.
• Collaborate with Warehouse DC and France on shipping and delivery information.
