Job summary

Giorgio Armani is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a diverse leadership and sales team on the sales floor, driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will align the team, manage end-to-end store operations, and model integrity while shaping brand strategies and communications.

You will contribute to merchandising, marketing, and client relationship programs, and travel as needed to support brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence partners
• Experience in executing Sales Management trainings and presentations
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Open availability, flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (when required)
• Experience in buying & merchandising is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and drive sales while delivering an excellent client experience
• Provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies
• Maintain front-line presence to understand business and apply insights to store performance
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trustful relationships with clients and associates
• Ensure effective communications cascaded throughout the team
• Manage end-to-end store operations including labour and budget
