Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Demonstrated sales success and results orientation.
• Strong fashion knowledge and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to engage customers and promote credit programs.
• Comfort with store technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Be familiar with store inventory to provide product knowledge.
• Greet customers consistently and educate them on promotions.
• Build relationships and promote Saks credit card for loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS and uphold checkout standards.
• Resolve issues aligning with trust, integrity and respect.
• Contribute to achieving sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty goals.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, restock, and perform markdowns as needed.
• Complete markdowns promptly and accurately per company standards.
• Participate in store programs, events, and merchandising tasks.
• Display products per brand standards and assist with asset protection.
