Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Branch Security Officer for the Pittsburgh (Ross Park) location. The role focuses on maintaining a secure environment, acting as a brand ambassador to clients, and supporting store operations to meet sales and service goals.

Key responsibilities include preventing theft, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with security procedures, while delivering the Tiffany Experience to every customer. Onsite work required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• Basic computer skills (required).
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
• Experience in a retail/security environment preferred.
• 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
• Sales: deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend; support store in achieving sales plan.
• Service: deliver memorable in-store experiences and act as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
• Security controls and operations: deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, follow incident procedures, perform opening/closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs and liaise with store team.
