Job summary

Prada Group, a leader in luxury retail, is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to support the sales staff by moving products from stockroom to the sales floor and delivering ordered items to the cash desk. This role requires a keen eye for luxury goods and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

You will assist with stock organization, merchandise wrapping, and customer service, while ensuring the warehouse and sales floor remain clean, organized, and inviting for all customers.

Qualifications

• High affinity for luxury products.
• High sense of responsibility, good communication and team working skills.
• Good knowledge of computer skills.
• English a must; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team when serving customers.
• Take products from stockroom or related area to salesperson.
• Processing orders from the sales team.
• Assist salesperson wrapping the merchandises.
• Serve drinks to customers when needed.
• Contribute to the organization, maintenance and optimization of the warehouse.
• Keep the sales floor clean and tidy.
