Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in our Culver City store, driving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will collaborate with leadership on openings and closings, manage scheduling, coach the team on trends, and build lasting client relationships while maintaining high service standards. Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.
