Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to deliver a transformational client experience and drive business through sales. You will build customer relationships, apply product knowledge, and embody the Tory Burch lifestyle on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, plus verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and teammates while applying product knowledge.
