Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs+ and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers while following all policies.
