Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Extensive personal sales and client relationship experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including overnight shifts, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, push, pull, squat, kneel, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Use selling skills and product knowledge to create a compelling client experience.
• Ensure all selling and operating policies are followed.
