• Lead and coach the team to achieve operational objectives
• Support Store Manager and Team Manager in daily operations
• Represent the Louis Vuitton Brand values to Clients and team members
• Manage store facilities, systems and processes to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee inventory, policies, procedures, and client care to uphold premium service
