Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and service-oriented Full Time Operations Associate at our Palm Beach Gardens location. You will play a crucial role in delivering a refined luxury experience by managing inventory, supporting client services, and upholding brand standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager or Operations Manager, you will ensure back-of-house efficiency and compliance with policies while providing exceptional client service and facilitating repairs/alterations

Responsibilities

• Inventory management across lifecycle, cycles counts, transfers and receiving
• Prepare and package client merchandise; manage delivery, tracking and communication
• Maintain back-of-house areas and store appearance in collaboration with management
• Assist with budget adherence, cash/credit policies and operational procedures
• Coordinate client repairs/alterations and ensure timely service and supplies
