Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation in San Francisco seeks a Client Advisor to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor, building a client base and driving store revenue while shaping the brand experience. The role requires integrity, a strong team mindset and a results-driven approach.

You will share product knowledge and deliver the highest level of service to clients. Experience in luxury/retail is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in luxury or similar environment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong teamwork.
• Experience using CRM/WeChat for client outreach.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are assets.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
